This delightful, floral Monkhide wine is produced from fresh, Summer elderflowers, harvested in bright sunshine, from the hedgerows surrounding our Monkhide Orchard. The floral tones of the elderflowers make this a refreshing, light wine which is delicious served lightly chilled. For a refreshing cocktail, fill a glass with ice, add sliced lemon and mint, add one third Monkhide Elderflower Wine and top up with two thirds chilled, sparkling wine.

This local wine was fantastic! I have tried all types of white over the years but sadly even the more expensive still tasted like "home made" wine on my red wine and port biased palette. Tried a sample of the Monkhide in the Monkland Dairy shop and had to get a bottle to back it up. Very smooth with a myriad of tastes hitting the buds, it's a winner. Now saving up for my second bottle

Just had my first glass of the new wine and I must say it is absolutely gorgeous. Only 100 glasses left in box. I think I will manage until after christmas
